Entangled Infrastructures
How the Figurative Beings Mingle with Us
Pylons, generators…. Wherever we go, there are always several infrastructures around us. They are the foundation of a nation, but they appear stark, impersonal, and disconnected from human life.
Nevertheless, they are unconsciously taking part of our daily lives, bringing something fun and figurative to us. They look like a part of human but not a human. Rather, they look like characters with figurative visuals.
Figurative Infrastructures
Compared to Seoul, California owns a myriad of unique infrastructures established on a wide land. Mojave is the good example of it so I had a tour with my faculty and friends looking for the infrastructures entangled within human life. After the tour, I rendered the infrastructures into 3D within isometric perspective, which renders the objects into the mixture of 2D and 3D.
